As a beginner, I had no expectations starting the essence. On a basic level, I thought of it as another beautiful, energetic way & ritual to connect with Gaia, even if just symbolically. I liked hearing the names of the flowers and learning about them and knowing they were chosen just for me. And then knowing that this beautiful woman and sister of mine had delighted in nature to create this specifically for me. Knowing her subtle communications and big joy in connecting with the flowers, warmed my heart even more and sealed the deal. (I have this vision of her in my mind's eye...in her beautiful vintage flowy clothes, centering and going within, starting her magic, trusting in divine timing, weaving in a garden, her earth loving kiddos and beautiful family sprinkling their laughter and magic in the background...) Well, then I started my essence on Spring Equinox. Taking it first thing in the morning and 3-5 times throughout the day as I wove through ceremony and celebration on the Sabbat. I had SO many rememberings, miracles and synchronicities that day there are literally no words to describe. My husband and I were celebrating together at the end of the day and we were both moved to tears in delight and awe of all that was unfolding that day. He kept saying "you can't make this shit up" lol.
